Hi friends today I ‘m going to make you aware of chatbot.

What is chatbot?

I’m sure you have already heard what chatbot is? We called chatbot as talk bot, chatterbot, Bot, interactive agent likewise. A chatbot is a computer program that comes up with artificial intelligence. It simulates interactive human conversation by using auditory or textual methods.Today we use chatbot for basic customer service and marketing system.It is actually like a conversational agent(dialog system). Depending on the purpose Chatbots are getting different faces.

• Virtual Assistance: For business purpose simply use chatbots for answering a simple question, help the user to get details about services. Having chatbot service to the company can provide 24-hour service to the customer. Example: Google assistance, Amazon Alexa via messaging apps and Facebook messenger etc.
